Fan: A Graphic and Timeless Side Table

A Stunning Piece of Furniture Inspired by Nature's Unique Stones

As part of the Graphic collection, the Fan table is produced with Brazilian stones and features minimalist and expressive pieces that use the raw material in a light and unique way. The result is a side table that is bold, timeless, and a functional object that also serves as a work of art.

What sets the Fan Collection apart is Rampazzo's ability to add emotional elements to her pieces, creating a sense of connection between the furniture and the people who use them. The marble plates, combined with a ball made from the same material, come together to form a sculptural object that exudes elegance and sophistication.

The Fan line includes a coffee table, dining table, and side table, all with a graphic and timeless language. Each piece is made with a brute material like marble but transformed into a light and unique piece. The tables are water-cut and feature handmade finishing, with the marble manually polished on both sides. The result is a collection of furniture that showcases the beauty and versatility of natural stones.

The Fan side table has the following technical specifications: Width 450mm x Depth 450mm x Height 550mm. It is a still piece that can be used as a surface to place small objects, such as a glass or a coaster.

The Fan table project started in July 2022 in London and was finished in January 2023 in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim - ES Brazil. It was exhibited in Salone del Mobile in April 2023, showcasing its unique design and craftsmanship.

Research and studies were carried out to select the best stones in terms of weight, beauty, and resistance for the Fan Collection. Additionally, creative and technical challenges were overcome in the process of cutting and polishing the marble plates on both sides and in fixing and joining the pieces on the solid marble ball.

The Fan table has received recognition for its outstanding design. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Furniture Design category in 2023. This prestigious award is bestowed upon designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills and contribute to quality of life improvements.
